Experience Management Institute (EXMI) is a certified women-owned, economically disadvantaged, veteran-friendly small business headquartered in Ohio with staff across New York, Ohio, Florida, Texas, and Oklahoma.
Co-founders, Emily Douglas-McNab and Dr. Katherine Heynoski intentionally designed an organization of driven and diverse experts to support public organizations as they work to build stronger people systems.

Our Social Responsibility
EXMI is commited to being socially aware and responsible. Every small step a business takes contributes to the broader goal of reducing carbon footprint and mitigating climate change impacts. Every business has the opportunity to lead by example. Here are ways we take action.
EXMI calculates our carbon footprint annually. We purchase Gold Standard-certified carbon credits to offset our emissions. Each Gold Standard project has a verified contribution to at least three of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals.
EXMI is counted in the United Nations Climate Change Champion’s Race to Zero campaign as a Carbon Neutral Organization.
EXMI has also started the B Corp certification process and has been identified as a priority organization through their Equity program.
